あなたは、美しい光の存在。
あなたの存在の子宮の中深くに
聖なる種子が待っている ・・・
あなたから生まれようと待っている。
あなたは美しい光の存在
内なる種子を育てなさい。
歓びと忍耐をもってその種子を内に保ちなさい。
あなたに一番いい時、
仏陀が、あなたから生まれる。
